You lovers of seafood and spicy like? Um, it fit if you try this recipe, Spicy Crab Acid, instantly see the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 medium sized crab tails
- 1/4 thumb galangal, crushed
- 2 stalks scallions, chopped
- 2 pieces Orange juice, water taken
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 3 sheets of orange leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cooking oil, for frying
Spices that are:
- 5 pieces of red chilli
- 5 cloves Shallots
- 1 point Pecan
- 4 medium sized crab tails
- 1/4 thumb galangal, crushed

- 3 sheets of orange leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cooking oil, for frying
Spices that are:
- 5 pieces of red chilli
- 5 cloves Shallots
- 1 point Pecan
How to cook:
1. Boiled crabs, then open the shell and clean the gills, split into 2 parts.
2. Saute the crushed spices, galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass until fragrant then add the fish sauce and scallions new water enter.
3. Enter the crab and cook over low heat until the flavors to infuse.
4. Prior to his appointment enter the lime juice.
