spicy fish fry is a very simple recipe which can be prepared instantly and tastes great.
4 Tilapia fish
tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. red chill powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
tsp curd
3 tbsp oil
tsp. salt

1. Wash the fish and cut them into medium size pieces .
2. Marinate the fish with all the ingredients mentioned above and refrigerate for 15 to 30 min.
3.In a skillet add oil,when hot add the marinated fish pieces and cook for 3 min,then flip and cook for another 3 min or until they turn golden brown or crisp.
4.Once done transfer the fried fish to serving plate and enjoy.
