1 cup Savoy Cabbage ( shredded )
1 cup Bean Sprouts ( rough chopped )
1 BUNCH Green Onion ( sliced thin )
2 tsp. Fresh Ginger ( minced )
3 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Mirin
1 tbsp. Chile Paste
1 Jalapeno ( minced fine )
1 PACKAGE Wonton Wrappers ( 45 wrappers per package )
Grapeseed Oil ( for frying )

1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Mirin
1/4 cup Chile Paste

FIRST STEP
