2 tsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Mirin
1 tbsp. Chile Paste
1 Jalapeno ( minced fine )
1 PACKAGE Wonton Wrappers ( 45 wrappers per package )
Grapeseed Oil ( for frying )
Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Mirin
1/4 cup Chile Paste
