3 tbsp. Soy Sauce

Jasmine Rice:
1/2 cup Jasmine Rice
1 1/2 cup Water
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt

1 Small Carrot ( peeled and julienned )
1 RIB Celery ( julienned )
1/2 Small Yellow Onion ( julienned )

1 tbsp. Garlic Chile Paste
