Spicy Honey Soy Mustard Chicken Wings Recipe

Spicy, sweet, tangy and dang tasty chicken wings! They have an epic spice rub on them, and then they are then finished off with a honey soy-mustard glaze at the end. One of the most exciting appetisers and/or sides.

1.2 kg of chicken wings
2 springs onions thinly sliced for garnish
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds for garnish
The Spice Rub::
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Honey Soy Mustard Glaze::
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/2 a lemon juiced

1 1/2 c finely crushed tortilla chips ( I like hint of lime )
1/4 c melted butter
1 c cottage cheese
3 packages (8 oz) softened cream cheese
2 1/2 c (10 oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies ( drained )
3 cloves garlic ( minced )
3 tbl tomato paste
1 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 container (8 oz) sour cream
1 container (8 oz) jalapeno Cheddar cheese dip
1 c chopped tomatoes
1/2 c chopped green onions
1/4 c sliced black olives
1/2 c chopped cilantro

These Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps are sure to be your new favorite lunch! A spicy ginger and shallot chicken mixture is layered on to crisp lettuce with mango, crunchy cabbage, and a creamy and spicy SunButter sauce (similar to a peanut sauce!).

Lettuce Wraps:
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup red cabbage ( shredded )
1 mango ( sliced )
1/2 cup sunflower seeds ( roasted or sub with cashews or almonds )
cilantro and Thai basil ( to garnish )
red chillis ( optional )
Spicy Ginger Chicken:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 pound ground chicken
1/4 cup fresh ginger ( grated )
1/4 cup Thai Shallots ( minced )
2 tablespoons coconut aminos ( can sub Tamari or soy sauce )
1/2 tablespoon chilli sauce ( or more, to taste )
1/4 teaspoon sea salt ( or more, to taste )
Thai Almond Sauce:
1/4 cup SunButter ( no sugar added )
1/4 cup coconut milk ( full fat, from the can )
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice ( half a large lime )
1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
pinch of salt ( to taste )
