Spicy Kheema / Hot Ground Chicken

Here is another quick and easy recipe of kheema chicken(ground chicken). You can increase or decrease the spiciness of this dish according to your need. It can be enjoyed with roti, naan or any kind of bread or even with rice.

1 Lb (400 grams) Minced Chicken(Ground Chicken)
1 Tomato, Chopped into small pieces
1 Medium sized Onion, chopped fine
2-3 Bay leaves
5-6 Black Pepper
5-6 Cloves
2-3 Cloves Grated Garlic
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste(or grated ginger)
4-5 Chopped Green Chilies
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chili powder(Adjust according to how hot you want)
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala(Optional)
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar or lime juice
Bunch of Chopped coriander(Cilantro) + Extra for garnishing
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (or any other cooking oil)
