Spicy Maple Chicken

This spicy maple chicken is by far one of the super-easiest recipes, plus yummy! I like the unusual combination of cumin, chilies and thyme which complement the roasted "brown' notes of maple syrup. I'm sure this chicken will taste even better on a charcoal grill! It is easy enough for college going students and young professional to make for a quick lunch or dinner.

300 grams chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons olive oil
Clean the chicken.
Marinate the chicken with salt, cumin, coriander, chili powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and maple syrup.
