12 Bibb/butter lettuce leaves
8 ounces large shrimp
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
2 1/2 teaspoons avocado oil or canola oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
