12 shrimp ( cleaned and deveined with tail removed )
3 chicken sausage ( sliced in quarter inch pieces )
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cups broccoli florets
1 green bell pepper ( sliced lengthwise )
1 red bell pepper ( sliced lengthwise )
1 orange bell pepper ( sliced lengthwise )
1 yellow bell pepper ( sliced lengthwise )
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
3 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
