1/2 lbs spaghetti
1 lbs jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
1-2 teaspoons creole seasoning
2 tablespoons Olive oil or Canola Oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 piece medium onion diced
2 pieces medium tomatoes diced
1/2 pieces large bell pepper chopped
2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper optional
1/2 juice of one whole fresh lemon
1/2 cup chicken broth or more replace with ¼ cup spaghetti water and ¼ cup water with ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon
4-6 cups fresh leaf spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
