FOR THE TUNA CAKES:
2 tins Spanish tuna
1 clove garlic
1 spanish pepper
1 small onion
2 tbsp fresh chives
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
2 organic eggs
2 tbsp extra virgin Spanish olive oil
FOR THE AIOLI:
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp lemon juice
pinch sea salt
pinch black peper
1 tbsp extra virgin Spanish olive oil
