Spiked Candy Cane Hot Chocolate

Spiked Candy Cane Hot Chocolate with candy cane infused vodka and a simple white chocolate hot cocoa perfect for a cold winter day or holiday party. The white chocolate cocoa is creamy and blends perfectly with the candy cane infused vodka. Fa-la-la-la-yum-oh!

14 ounces condensed milk
2 cups whole milk
1 cup white chocolate chips for baking
1.5 ounces candy cane vodka (one shot, can do up to 2 shots)
marshmallows to garnish
