1/3 cup parsley
8 oz artichoke hearts
3 cups cooked chickpeas
3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander

salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
