Muffin is all time kid's favourite recipe with the added ingredient of corn, cheese and with the healthy dose of spinach and they'll finish it up in no time. Kissan tomato ketchup gives the authentic taste to the dish that your child will crave for more.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons Refined flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons Ground oats
2 tablespoons Corn flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Grated cheddar cheese
½ cup Sweet corn kernels
1 cup Chopped spinach
1 Egg
3 tablespoons Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
1¼ cup Skimmed milk
Salt to taste
1 (½ tablespoons) Olive oil
2 tablespoons Refined flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
