The dough
5 cups flour
5 tbsp milk powder
5 tsp salt
1 tablespoon milk
One egg
3 teaspoon yeast
3/4 cup vegetable oil
½ cup warm water for the dough
Amounts for Stuffing :
2 kilo washed spinach .
3 beads minced onion
4 tbsp sumac
One cup olive oil
Two lemons juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
