The dough
5 cups flour
5 tbsp milk powder
5 tsp salt
1 tablespoon milk
One egg
3 teaspoon yeast
3/4 cup vegetable oil
½ cup warm water for the dough
Amounts for Stuffing :

4 tbsp sumac
One cup olive oil
