I love these spritz cookies. They are buttery, delicious, and so pretty displayed on holiday cookie trays.

3 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/3 cups unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 large egg yolk
