A healthy Chicken Salad Recipe with Brussels Sprouts, Honey and Walnuts. The dressing is made from butter, orange juice, olive oil and honey that matches the taste of Brussels sprout. Simple recipe but tasty and yummy!

1 cup cooked chicken ( shredded or cubes )
4 cups sliced Brussels sprouts ( was about 20 pieces )
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup onion ( chopped )
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper ( to taste )
1 tablespoon butter
1 piece juice of orange juice

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
