INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Refined flour
1/4 cup Oats Flour
pinch Salt
1/4 cup Oil
Water as needed
Oil to deep fry
1 Potato, boiled
Handful Green Peas
1/2 cup Sprouts, boiled
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
