Original Recipe from: Stacey Sauvago PREP: grease 11 x 7" baking dish PREHEAT: Oven 325 BAKE: 20 min. MAKES: 8 Servings

1 Large Zucchini, slice thin
1 Large Yellow Squash, slice thin
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 small Onion, dice
3 Garlic Clove, minced
16 ounces. Pasta Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Saute Squash, Onion and Garlic in Olive Oil until soft. Place in dish, top with Sauce then Cheese. Bake. Sprinkle with Parsley, stand 5 min. then serve.
