Sriracha Honey Chicken with Rice Noodles

A delicious sweet and spicy noodle dish that can be made in less than 30 minutes.
4 chicken breasts, chopped into bite size pieces
1 package rice noodles, cooked according to package
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 bag coleslaw
1 carrot, diced
Honey Sriracha Sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha (I used 1/2 because we aren\'t big on heat)
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 package rice noodles, cooked according to package
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 bag coleslaw
1 carrot, diced
