At this time of coronavirus pandemic we are encourage to stay at home. This instruction will help us to keep safe. I listed some practical advice that we can do to protect ourselves from coronavirus, and ways to entertain us during lockdown. Of course food is a good stress reliever.

1 tbsp (1 tsp) olive oil ( divided use )
1 cup carrots ( peeled, thinly sliced )
2 cups broccoli florest
1 lb chicken ( skinless, breast, cut into 1 inch piece )
4 cloves garlic ( minced )
1/4 cup low sodiumchicken broth or water
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 teaspoons cornstrach
salt and pepper
