STEAK AND VEGGIE KABOB

Summer time and the grilling is easy and tasty! These easy steak and veggie kabobs are so flavorful. The marinade is simple and uses ingredients you probably have in your pantry already.

1 pound steak, fat trimmed, cut into cubes
1/4-1/2 eggplant, cubbed
6 whole mushrooms (or enough for skewers)
1 zucchini, sliced into large pieces
1 yellow squash, sliced into large pieces

FOR THE MARINADE
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
