A little olive oil
A pinch of salt
1 Ciabatta
2 slices cheddar cheese
If you prefer you could switch the cheddar for a stronger cheese such as stilton.
For the spicy onion relish
100g frozen chopped onions
1 tsp frozen chopped chilli
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tbsp brown sugar
