2 T paprika
2 T chili powder
2 t cumin
2 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
1 t cayenne
2 lbs. flank steak or skirt steak
1 large onion
2 sweet bell peppers
Optional salsa, flour tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro
- In a small bowl, stir together the seasoning. Rub the seasoning into the beef and set aside. Reserve any leftover seasoning for the vegetables, if desired.
