10 Red Potatoes ( 7 peeled, 3 with skin, all diced )
1 Stick Butter ( Softened )
1/4 Cup Milk
1 1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Creamy Parmesan Garlic Sauce:
4 Cloves Garlic ( Minced )
4 Tbsp Butter
2 1/2 Tbsp Butter
2/3 Cup Milk
4 Tbsp Heavy Cream
4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp Parsley ( Chopped )
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
    Mashed Potatoes
