Steak Kabobs with Chimichurri Sauce

[b]FOR STEAK:[/b]
simple and easy. Use any desired amount and any cut of tender beef.

[b]FOR CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:[/b]
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup finely chopped flat leafed parsley
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
4 garlic cloves, mashed and finely minced
1/2 fresh lime, juiced
3 Tb red wine vinegar
1 Tb fresh or jarred jalapeno, minced
1 tsp kosher salt
