1.5 lb. flank steak
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 T brown sugar
2 T Dijon mustard
1 t garlic powder
1 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
For the Dressing:
3 T balsamic vinegar
3 T mayonnaise
1 T water
2 t brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
1 t Dijon mustard
3 T extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt and pepper
For the Salad:
6 c chopped Romaine and baby greens
2 c halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 English cucumber
1/2 c crumbled blue cheese
crispy fried onions ( optional )
