Sticky Potatoes

These live up to the name! They are sticky, creamy, cheesy and wonderful.

6-8 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tub (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Boil potatoes until soft, drain water and put into a large bowl. Mash until desired consistency and add in sour cream, cream cheese, butter, cheese and salt and pepper. Stir together until well mixed. Serve...
