Delicious and easy traditional Greek scrambled eggs with juicy baby tomatoes, feta cheese, peppers, and fresh oregano, which make an ideal Sunday brunch dish for both family and friends. My personal favourite!

4 eggs
1 small onion or 2 shallots ( chopped fine )
1 cup baby tomatoes, about 150g
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup water
1 small green bell pepper ( chopped fine )
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
75 grams feta cheese ( crumbled )
3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
