Strata with Breakfast Sausage, Spinach & Jack Cheese

Strata is an easy breakfast meal that the entire family will love. Made with Fullblood Wagyu beef breakfast sausage, spinach, and jack cheese. This delicious breakfast bake is sure to be the new family favorite!

1 Package of Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Breakfast Sausage ( removed from casings )
8 Large Eggs
3 cups Half and Half
pinch Ancho Chile Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3 cups Fresh Spinach ( chopped )
4 cups Leftover Bread ( torn into 1-inch pieces )
1 1/2 cups Shredded Jack Cheese
2 tbsp. Butter
