Vegetable Oil ( for greasing )

320 grams Caster Sugar ( plus 2 tbsp for dusting )
¼ tsp White Wine Vinegar
50 grams Ground Almonds
pinch Sea Salt
2 tablespoon Flaked Almonds
300 milliliter Double Cream ( ½ pint )
300 grams Strawberries ( plus extra to serve )
