Cinnamon Coffee Cake with Streusel topping has multiple layers of deliciousness with a layer of cream cheese and cinnamon sugar. This super moist classic cinnamon coffee is sure get your day off to a great start.

Cinnamon Sugar:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Streusel Topping:
1 1/3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
Cream Cheese Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg
Cake Mix:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 large eggs
2 cups sour cream

A healthy No Bake Granola Bar recipe made with SunButter. These gluten free and vegan granola bars are a great base for any additions you love! Keep the freezer stocked with these for snacks.

For all three varieties:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown rice crisp cereal
3 tablespoons coconut ( unsweetened )
pinch of sea salt ( if using Organic Sunbutter )
1/3 cup Sunbutter Organic ( or No Sugar Added )
3 tablespoons brown rice syrup
3 tablespoons date syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Cherry Chocolate Chip:
3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips ( frozen )
3 tablespoons dried tart cherries
3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Coconut Apricot:
3 tablespoons chopped apricots
3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
3 tablespoons coconut ( unsweetened )
Oatmeal Raisin:
6 tablespoons raisins ( used golden and regular )
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ( optional )
