Strawberry Banana Crepes

We LOVE crepes at our house! We eat them for breakfast, snacks and even dinner! This is my healthier version of the crepes and my kids and husband couldn't tell a difference.

2/3 cup ground wheat flour (I buy mine in the bag instead of grinding it myself)
1/3 cup white four
4 egg whites
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp of salt
2 Tablespoons of melted butter
Fat Free or low-fat Yogurt (we used Vanilla)
Fresh strawberries
2 Bananas
Powdered sugar
Add as much or as little filling as you want!
Then sprinkle the top with powdered sugar (optional)
