Strawberry Basil Bleu Burgers

Strawberry, Basil Bleu Burgers are a perfect threesome of flavors. You\'ve got sweet from the berries, a peppery flavor from the basil and a cool, creamy bite from the bleu cheese.

For the Burgers:
1 pound ground beef, turkey or chicken
2 tablespoons red onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Burger buns of choice, (ciabatta, pretzel, white, sesame)
Blue Cheese Dressing:
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons of sour cream
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of milk of choice, I used buttermilk
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, optional
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
4 sliced strawberries (about 1 strawberry per burger)

For the Burgers:
Place your ground beef in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients
Mix to just combine. If you over mix, the burgers will be tough.
Form into 4 equal patties
