Starting a day with a cold smoothie packed with fresh and frozen fruits is the healthiest way to go.Today, we've prepared something fruity, creamy, and refreshing for you - Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie Bowl.

Smoothie::
1/2 medium-size banana
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon coconut protein powder
1/2 medium-large avocado
1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds
1 teaspoon peanut butter
100 ml non-dairy milk
Topping::
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
7 fresh blueberries
4 banana slices
  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Pour everything into a bowl. Add topping ingredients.
