Creamy, dreamy, and moderately healthy– this Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Milkshake is everything the name implies. Whether it’s breakfast, snack time or even a light lunch this shake is satisfyingly filling and refreshing.

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 oz Neufchatel cheese
2/3 cup low fat plain yogurt
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup skim milk
2 graham crackers, roughly crumbled-- reserve a spoonfull
