Strawberry Chia pudding has enough fiber, proteins, healthy fats, and sugar which makes it a perfect and nutritious breakfast recipe idea.

Ingredients for Pudding:
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2/3 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
Ingredients for Strawberry Shake:
4 small-medium size strawberries
2 tablespoons of rolled oats
1/4 cup (50 ml) of unsweetened non-dairy milk
Topping :
2/3 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
