Strawberry Cream Cake

A delicious spring/summer dessert with fresh strawberries, berry sauce, cream cheese on a white cake.

white cake mix

2 cream cheese

2 cups powdered sugar

1 pt. whipping cream (cool whip)

strawberry glaze, store bought or homemade (corn starch, lemon juice)

Lots of strawberries (I used 2 of the BIG strawberry cartons for glaze, topping, and inside)

2 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese

2 cups powdered sugar

1 pt. whipping cream (cool whip)

Spread above over the cooked cake and refrigerate. I then put the strawberries on top and served each individual slice with the homemade glaze. But the cake I know uses the store bought glaze and mixes that...
