Just in time for summer! A delicious Strawberry Rhubarb Crumb Pie! No refined sugars! All real food ingredients! And taste is not sacrificed! This should definitely be your summer go to dessert!
Pie Crust
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup melted butter, preferably unsalted
2 tablespoons milk
Strawberry/Rhubarb Filling
1 egg
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 stalks of rhubarb cut in half length wise and then diced
1 pint fresh strawberries, quartered
Crumb Topping
3/4 c old-fashioned oats
1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon salt
