Strawberry Scones with Oat & Brown Sugar Crumble are sweet, scraggly and filled with fruit. Topped with a delicious oat crumble for crunch and sweetness.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar
7 tbsp. cold butter, chopped
¾ cup milk
¼ cup sour cream
1 cup strawberries, chopped
For the Oat Crumble:
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cold butter
½ cup large flake oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of kosher salt
