Ingredients

2 tbsp -Gelatin
1/2 Cup – Water
1/4 Cup – Powdered Sugar
2 Cups- Strawberry puree
500 ml -Vanilla ice cream
1 cup – fresh cream
For decoration – Few strawberry slices and strawberry sauce .
Method Boil water and soak the gelatin in it for 10 minutes .In a bowl put the cream ,sugar .strawberry puree ,gelatin and ice cream and mix well .Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and decorate it...
