2 cup steamed basmati rice
1/4 cup peas, boiled
1/4 cup carrots, diced
1 cup cabbage, diced
1/4 cup chopped green capsicum
1/4 cup paneer diced
For masala :
100 g butter
200 g finely chopped onions
100 g finely chopped tomato
1/2 tsp jeera
2 green chilies
4 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp Haldi
1 tbsp garam masala
to taste Salt
to taste Cheese cubes for garnish
1/4 cup peas, boiled
