You will never need another French Toast recipe. The streusel topping takes this yummy breakfast over the top. Enjoy with maple syrup or eat plain, because they are that good. Trust me you won't be able to put them down!

FOR THE FRENCH TOAST STICKS
4 slices bread
3 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
FOR THE STREUSEL TOPPING
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
