Today, during the shopping, I decided to present you a stuffed collard greens recipe, with spinach and sorrel as is done in Transylvania.

750 g mince meat
185 g rice
2 pieces onion
100 g spinach
2 jars sorrel
50 g smoked bacon
2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons ground pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 tbsp vegetable mix for soups
1 handful dill

Don't know about you, but when the warm weather comes, our favorite dessert throughout a day is definitely a Summer Fruit Salad! It's sweet enough, it's refreshing, and has a lot of berries and other seasonal fruits we simply adore.

1 small kiwi
3 strawberries
1 large apricot
1.1 oz (30 g) blueberries
0.7 oz (20 g) redcurrant
1.1 oz (30 g) raspberries
Dressing:
