Delight your taste buds with this healthy Subway meatball sub! It tastes just like the real thing, but without extra calories. This homemade version of the Subway meatball sub is healthy and full of flavour. Made with beef, tomato sauce, eggs, Cheddar cheese, and wholemeal breadcrumbs, it will satisfy your cravings without breaking your diet.

3 Small Baguettes
200ml Tomato Sauce
400g Minced Beef
½ Small Onion (peeled and thinly diced)
25g Wholemeal Breadcrumbs
1 Small Egg (beaten)
50g Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1Tbsp Oregano
1Tsp Basil
1Tsp Thyme
1Tsp Mixed Herbs
