Summer Berry Fool

A quick and easy, no-bake dessert made with sweetened whipped cream, a mix of luscious Summer berries and biscuit crumbs.

2tbsp powdered sugar
8oz frozen summer berry mix*
Up to 1/4 cup water (amount needed will depend entirely on how thick your pureed berries are)
2 cups heavy cream
1tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup crushed shortbread biscuits
Extra berries to garnish, optional

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.
