Here is a healthy way using the great summer fruits, try my summer cantaloupe popsicles!

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar ( Or sugar substitute)
4 cups chopped fresh cantaloupe (about 1 small cantaloupe)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Pinch of salt
