SUMMER COBB SALAD
Summer salads are such a great way to use up some of those veggies and it’s especially great on a warm summer night.

1 bunch lettuce of your choice, chopped I used romaine you can also use a mix
2 hard boiled eggs
1 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 chicken breast, split and grilled
1-2 ears corn, grilled and removed from cob
blue cheese
salt and pepper to taste
creamy dill dressing

To make the salad place the lettuce in a bowl. Layer the eggs, avocado, tomato, cucumber, corn and chicken. Sprinkle blue cheese over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
