Sunflower Hummus Wraps (Vegan)

These sandwiches are a great go-to lunch, or can be turned into a quick dinner by adding a soup or salad on the side.

2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 small spinach tortillas
2 teaspoon favorite hummus (I like garlic)
4 baby carrots, sliced into quarters
2 tablespoon sliced roasted red peppers (from can)
4-5 large spinach leaves
2 tablespoon sprouts or pea shoots
1 tablespoon chopped, fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon matchstick radishes (or chopped fresh)
1/2 fresh lemon
