Super Delicious Maple Bacon Whey Protein Pancakes

Whey protein pancakes have become quite the obsession in our household. They freeze well, reheat perfectly, and provide a balanced breakfast or post-workout snack. Bacon lovers everywhere, this recipe is for you. It's sweet, savory, and motivational–who doesn't want to jump out of bed when these glorious aromas are wafting from the kitchen! This is another recipe created by my bodybuilder buddy and adapted by Kari from Craft Create Cook.

1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 strips bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon Stevia
